My photography is about capturing the feel of a family, the mood of an event, or the joy of a child.
I am also a firm believer that photos don’t need to be a stressful experience for anyone. If you are a person that is uncomfortable being photographed, I will do everything in my power to make it a stress-free experience. If you are a parent, I realize that kids don’t always cooperate. My view is that kids will be kids, so let them be kids. I can tailor our photo shoot around their play. Who knows, you may even enjoy yourself!
I have a journalism and political science degree from the University of Wisconsin specializing in mass communications. I worked as press secretary for U.S. Senator Herb Kohl and communications director for the Renewable Fuels Association. I am eager to transition my communications experience into the photography realm.
On a more personal note, I am the wife of a wonderful man, the mother of two beautiful children, and an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Go Pack Go!
